I compared every dumpster rental software I could find and their prices
Prices below are straight off each vendor's own pricing page, checked August 2026.
- Dumpster Rental Systems — $79.95 / $195.95 / $279.95/mo. Priced by container count, not users or trucks. Standard covers up to 20 cans and is where routing and the driver app start. Launch below it is booking and reporting only.
- iCans — $99 or $159/mo. Flat, month-to-month, unlimited users. 7-day trial, no card.
- Bin Boss — $99/mo. Flat, month-to-month, unlimited users.
- Roll-Off Amigo — Free tier, then $99/mo. Month-to-month, unlimited users. 30-day trial, no card. No QuickBooks.
- Box Tracker — $1.95 per dumpster/mo. Works out to about $59 at 30 cans, $195 at 100. Plus $1,000 one-time setup, and $200/mo if you need API access.
- Trash Flow — $1,537 one-time license or $99.89/mo. Windows desktop, the only one still selling a perpetual license. This figure is off Capterra, not their own site.
Everything else: ServiceCore, CurbWaste, Hauler Hero, CRO, Starlight, Basestation, TrashLab — quotes through a demo.
If you're using one of these services, let me know how it works for you.

Thanks for the breakdown OP. The vendors I've seen around this channel are mainly Dumpster Rental Systems, iCans, Roll-Off Amigo, and CurbWaste.
So many new waste hauling software companies have popped up in the past few years, it's hard to keep up sometimes.
