Hey there, been a bit. Got back to Diablo as per my yearly usual and finally got the chance to play the Lord of Hatred expansion. Absolutely loved it. Mephisto was an incredible antagonist in D4 overall . He was already a fav of mine in D2, but boi did he get an upgrade!

Did miss playing this game.
Was in the mood to sketch something up...and yes I am broken up about it, already miss my goat <3

Might do more Diablo themed art these days. Maybe some D4 crossover pieces with my vampire god killing characters (2 barbs and a rogue ingame). Will see where the mood takes me. Now im back to being addicted to D4 XD

While tidying up my room, I came across this beauty and wanted to share it with you guys. I was 10 years old when my parents gave it to me for Christmas, without knowing anything about the series. It’s still one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.

I’m pretty sure I put thousands of hours into this game. The only bad thing is that I’ll never get over the trauma of losing a level 73 character in Hardcore mode. I almost genuinely shed a tear. 😭

Going though the campaign after a 14 hiatus from D3, I forgot how bad the story telling was. The story of each act can be summarized fully with a couple of sentences or corny dialogue.

A1: Deckard Cain is killed by a butterfly and the butcher is a Saturday morning cartoon villain.

A2: More hidden footprints more hidden footprints MORE HIDDEN FOOTPRINTS!

Belial, the lord of lies couldn't even deceive anyone. He's not only a bad liar, but also the worst liar that ever existed.

A3:

Azmodan: You will never destroy my marching army!

Azmodan: You will never destroy my siege catapults!

Azmodan: You will never destroy my gluttonous beast!

Azmodan: You will never destroy my siege breaker!

Azmodan: you will never destroy my spider lady!

Azmodan: You will never destroy me!

Azmodan: (Dies)

A4: Adria Betrays you, Leah becomes Diablo lady, Attacks heaven and is killed by the player character within a couple of hours of playtime. Very epic, huh?

Who green lit this terrible story anyway? Not only is it the worst story telling from blizzard, but its probably the worst story telling ever told in an AAA video game.

There's some lore, plus the Horadrim in their prime; the founding of Tristram and so on and so forth...

Mostly I mean companion pieces like books, vids, official statements and such

The only type of Scottish sword this reminds me of is Connor MacLeod's sword in Highlander.

I swap, start from scratch but it is suddenly not working or one of those uniques was always grey I don't know. Do you have any detailed information about this bug?

This is pertaining to D2R lvl 30 LLD rares.

I used an item drop calculator and it seemed the best place is nightmare in the tombs for ilvl 48, which will give me the best drop chance for an erep naga for lvl 30 LLD.

But its a slow unrewarding grind. Am I on the right track, or should I just switch to farming hell and hope some good rares drop that are lvl 30 or below?

Any tips, advice, and theories (where you find items) is welcomed. Thx ✌️

Finished the base campaign on Game Pass, but honestly, I wasn't very excited by the end. For those who played the DLC, is it actually worth the money and time to continue, or should I just move on?

Would you be more excited or less excited if they decided to change the camera to say a God of War reboot or Souls/Elden Ring type camera/combat?

I feel like that kind of game would be amazing in the Diablo setting but I don't know if I'd want them to do it with a main series game.

A very simple and clean tool I made with help from AI to help you keep track of which runewords you're still missing and what runes/how many runes you still need.

Made the tool for myself but realized it's actually quite useful if you're going for the 100% runewords in Chronicle.

It's an external tool and does not modify the game client or game files in any way, so it's 100% safe to use. It's basically a glorified spreadsheet.

Whilst playing Diablo 4 and slaying Monsters left and right I had a thought. How in the burning hells does the regular every day citizen live in Sanctuary? Considering that a fully trained powerful warrior can be immediately victimised the second they step outside of town.
How do these people do anything? How do they go about their day to day lives?

First act of the game done so far(playing on nintendo switch)Hasn’t been too rough and the experience is chill so far. I presume act 1 plays more of a tutorial act to get the players used to the gameplay. The areas are pretty solid with lot of detail. Loot so far not the best. When i did some research the game uses treasure class to determin drops. Do acts and difficulty play a major role on TC? I wonder if I am overleveled since I like to check every nook and cranny.
