Everything else is loosely ordered with wiggle room but ultimately after S the placements matter a lot less.

I think everyone is fairly viable from B up. I would not expect the bottom characters to ever win a tournament with an extremely strong shell backing them up.

Overall one of the most balanced patches in terms of character strength in the history of the game.

got tired of seeing tier lists i disagree with. curious to see what the community thinks. i have 4k hours. mostly ordered with some leeway throughout.

Characters are ordered within their tiers based on the votes (For example, a character that was voted S tier that had 2nd most votes for Top 5 would place higher than a character in S tier who's 2nd highest voted tier was A, for example).

There are definitely some placements I would personally move around, but let me know what you guys think of the end result!

Well, it looks that I think that at least, if people are going to keep complaining, I am decided to end this Tier List, even if I guess that the sample I am going to get would be small. But, who cares anyway? After all, I need to futfill my promise.

Well, I would liked to rank better SSJ4 Gogeta, but when one of the TWO opinions that I got was mine, well, I guess that it would be exact. Moving on, at least I decided to put him as Low A. In theory, his reasons to play him are: a) His neutral skips options, and b) Being able to ToD because yes with his Level-3 Big Bang Hamekameha. TBH, the last one has aged like milk. If you REALLY want a ToD, you only need to play any character. Even Yamaha, Bardock and Videl have some good ToD, even if characters like Beerus, UI Goku and Vegito have an easier time to land it. But, the Assists are quite good. Sorry, his Assist are Baseku ones but better. His A Assist gives you meter, B Assist hits both sides, and NO ONE uses C Assist. He has some powerful tools like 22S, 236H and 5S playing footsies for you. And, sometimes, having a Level-7 BBH stored is quite useful to deal with zoners. Yeah, he has a GOOD matchup against Baby 2. That makes him A tier at least. His problems are his buttons being either too stubby or being -20 on block, that he WANTS to be Point to carry the Level-7 menace, and that there better screen-control characters like Majin 21, Jiren and Android 17 existing. He is a character that didn´t scale with the buffs that everybody else did. Still, I think that Cooler MIGHT be better, but still.

Thanks God we are going to end this thing. The next character is Lab Coat 21. People that played the game in 2022 talk about her as the usual american father talking about Vietnam. She WAS broken. I am going to take a wild guess, but she was one of the main reasons why DBFZ died... Only to suddenly revive in 2025. For better or for worse, she was buffed in this patch, even through she still far from his glory days. So, I put the task upon you to decide how powerful she had became. Ah, the usual "Remember to specify WHERE" comes here.
