HELP / QUESTION Can somebody tell me how to deal with this move

Someone please tell me what to do against this specific double vanishing move that these mfs spam the hell out of and I just lost one of the best matches of my life to this bs cs idk how to counter it. I’m raging lol

Every time I 2h he appears behind me and when I try blocking it doesn’t register my press in time and deflect is a log in my ahh. I wish there was something more optimal but ig this is it.

Literally just block it, Goku is -5 so it's a free blockstring.

Also, you can 2H it by waiting for the second EX flash then press 2H

You use your ears or your eyes, if you hear 2 EX noises then he does 2
