Look I get what you're saying, but as the person merging you have to merge into existing traffic. If someone doesn't let you merge, they're being a dick, but all you have to do is slow down and merge in behind them. You can't just force yourself over if someone is in the adjacent lane.

I'm a bad rider if I don't take responsibility for my own safety and move away from dangerous situations instead of towards them.
