This is such a foolish sentiment. The solution to one idiot is not being an idiot yourself. Your job is not to "enforce" the law using your own vehicle.
Calm down. Drive defensively. You'll get to your destination just fine.
Getting angry and not being a good defensive driver is dangerous as well. If the cam guy continues to try to make a point and hold people accountable, one day he will lose. It's not worth it. He wants to be in control of everything. He can't be.
Of course you can fucking break. What are you even talking about. The road is filled with shit drivers on both sides that refuse to use their brakes because they have to be “right”.
And what if I told you he could just honk like a normal person and continue on with his day alive and 1 car length delayed, which we generougly will call 2 seconds of extra travel time
He could have backed off. I'm not saying the other driver was right.
My point is. In that moment he got tunnel vision. Instead of finding a way to desecalate, he kept wanting to win. A dozen other things could have been happening around him that he missed because he was concentrating on this problem and extending it. The more times you get tunnel vision on the road because of other bad drivers behavior the more likely you are going to suffer something catastrophic yourself.

Cam guy doesn't know how to live in a world without being in conflict. It must be exhausting.
