[PS4 slim] disk drive keeps trying to pull disk in.

Yes I know that’s a PS3 disk but that’s all I have at the moment

It's not going in far enough to trigger the drop and grip before spinning.

There may be something stuck in the drive or gear assembly.

The optical drive needs to be opened and inspected for abnormalities.

I did opened the drive to see a piece of double sided tape stuck in there. Strangely enough I DID see the disk spinning icon on my monitor with the piece of tape.
