Discussion Saint Dario and his wife
Heres dario and his wifes(cami clark) greatest hits:
- Epstein was a convicted Class 3 sex offender — highest risk, known repeat offender potential — when Clark approached him
- Then she pitched him of all people for a porn startup of all things
- She is personal advisor to dario
- Entire fucking Internet scrubbed so thoroughly that googling this porn fetish founder returns darios own sister image instead
- Claude itself nerfed about his own wife and marriage leading it to respond "Dario Amodei's marital status is not clearly verified"
- Now being removed from her position cuz ipo is nearing and they cant risk 2 trillion
So, he literally wore a mask of AI security and ethics and meanwhile he digitally cremated his wifes presence and sent everyone to sniff her digital ash when searched about her
Yeah fuck dario, anthropic and especially her. And this brocolli hair bitch writes essay about Ai agents and about cannot in good conscience bullshit
Open Ai needs to get its shit together

Now I'm curious. What is "Luxury Porn"?

It’s like normal porn but every actress is wearing gold-plated lingerie. Apparently Trump came up with the idea.

I just think it’s unlikely dude stops taking advice from the wife. I can see why they stopped paying her for it though.

I mean it’s not that scrubbed, Forbes article from two months ago is still up.
Though it does seem like the rest of this is pulled from that article.

Would be interesting to later find out if she has more interesting ties, and was deliberately placed to attract his attention, later marry him etc. He would be a perfect target, more so now that she has a position of power from an advisory perspective.

This is where my mind keeps going. What ties do you think she has?

u/SherbertReal5750 21h ago
I'm not 100% sure, but her background sounds super sketchy including marrying a guy 40 years her senior when she was in her 20s & then claiming bankruptcy. In the very worst case she could be a placement women like Melanie Walker was for Epstein in trying to bribe Bill Gates.
Anyhow will be interesting to see what reddit detectives will dig out of the internet archives.

The only reason I said that is because, only they can somewhat stop anthropic right now. If not ull have one big evil company which hides behind ethics mask

I think Anthropic is still better, even if not innocent.
OpenAI president Greg Brockman donated millions to MAGA causes, they are in bed with the administration while Anthropic feuded with them.

So, u want anthropic to lead and most importantly be the face of ethics , moral and set safety laws for Ai itself?

Dude... And how exactly we all will achieve this? U literally said, there's no strong democracies to stop them. So our best bet is let them fight each other and that is somewhat being more efficient. Look pre anthropic, where open ai was a monopoly, then what happened. Anthropic came and ate ate open ais lunch and is still eating. If we just sat there and went....oh nobody is good(which is true) but anthropic especially presents itself as good ai company. That's my whole point of open ai getting it's shit together. Not being THE company

Dumb hit job. Jeffrey Epstein was an actual financier for rich and powerful people. That’s where the wealth came from to be a massive pedo and human trafficker. He arranged financing and capital for lots of people during his day job, and the vast majority of his clients weren’t offered girls to rape on his private island, and there is no evidence that Cami Clark knew anything about that at all.

Claude: The emails date from years after Epstein's 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution, including from a minor. Clark was introduced to him in March 2011 and approached him again in March 2012 about funding for her business ventures, so he was a convicted, registered sex offender both times.

When it comes to Epstein the chronology is usually overlooked, as you have here.
Epstein had a legitimate business and was very successful at it. That was the source of his wealth. His 2008 conviction was for solicitation involving a minor.
The full extent of his crimes were not established until 2017, and until then his business continued and he was still someone rich and powerful people went to for financing and wealth advice.
Clark’s dealings with him were after his 2008 conviction for solicitation involving a minor yes, but everyone still dealt with him after that, and his business continued to be successful until 2017.

I understand your point , but no, not everyone kept dealing with him. Harvard stopped accepting his money after the 2008 conviction, and Wexner had already cut ties with him.
That doesn’t prove Clark knew about the later trafficking case. But by 2011 Epstein was already a convicted registered sex offender whose case involved a minor. This was very public information. You could literally Google his name and see it.
So I think it’s very likely she knew that much and simply didn’t care. Maybe she knew more through gossip around him. Maybe his reputation even made him seem like someone who might fund that kind of project. That part is speculation obviously.
There’s a big difference between saying there’s no proof she knew about the trafficking and pretending she had no reason to know there was something seriously wrong with him.

What a fucking idiot. You don't exist at that level without understanding what partnership means from a politics, power, money, and network effect perspective.
I am not saying you should only, even "at that level" only marry for those things, but you are not ignorant of their effects.
Absolutely wild the lack of vetting.
Tells you everything you need to know about it, that either he didn't vet at all (doubtful), or was confident in his circles it wouldn't matter (more likely) and not because his circles are forgiving or short memoried.

So, apparently, from whatever is available online, she was such close buddies with Epstein that in the longest email between the two he doesn't even recognise her name.
Then, there is not a single indicator that she might have been involved in anything illegal. But since the news and the Internet are the cesspit we all know, she chose to leave whatever role she had on Anthropic. Probably because of the IPO, but who knows.
And then again, to try to attack Amodei through his wife is a clear sign that there's nothing to be found about him. He's not a saint and I'll guess neither the OP nor any of us commenting here are saints either. But he has certainly given us every reason to think that he's different from Altman or Elon.

First off, not being recognised by epstein is not a the only proof of being good. The main disturbing detail here is.... That She approached him at all, let alone after him being found guilty
And coming to dario. I'm not attacking through his wife, I'm directly attacking him asking if he was so sure that her disturbing history was not a big deal, then why make ur own fucking model blind about ur wife and marriage and most importantly why present anthropic as good, ethical hope in an ocean of capital monster companies?
And why now make her step down? Nobody is Saint but not everyone is presenting themselves as one. That's my problem

u/shadowsurge 1d ago
It's just optics for the IPO. I'm sure she's still advising him, they're married after all

u/East-Ad-6251 1d ago
Maybe he wanted to protect her from what happens to people married to someone rich and famous? I don't know, maybe he loves her, what with being married and all?

twice even, lol.
she approached him with two business-ideas.

The usual hypocrisy and filth swept under the carpet in perfect Anthropic style.
Nothing new under the sun unfortunately.

I’m curious. Given this situation, would it look like if nothing was scrubbed from online?

Be careful Dario is already preparing a 1000 word essay to reply to this post.
