Sexual I've kept detailed information and can now analyze the last 1,000 sexworkers I've slept with. AMA NSFW
[M49] I visit sexworkers very regularly here in the Netherlands, Belgium and western Germany, but also other places. I've started keeping a detailed spreadsheet in 2017 and now have had sex with 1,000 women since then. Well, yes. But the numbers increased drastically last years:
2017: 48 women
2018: 48
2019: 48
2020: 40 (Covid started)
2021: 76
2022: 94
2023: 159
2024: 167
2025: 193
2026: 143 so far
So in 2025 I averaged 0.52 new women per day, more or less had sex with a new woman every other day.

Well, interestingly that has changed a bit. I prefer skinny to normal build, young (preferably under 30, never above 35), and natural (no sillicone or fillers or endless tattoos). I of course had sex with many women who don't fit this discription, in general I would say they can be not one of these three things (slim, young, natural) and I will still have sex with them, but not two (So they can be fat but young and natural, or have sillicone but are young and slim etc).
Then what changed: I love Slavic women very much, which is great if you look at sex workers in Europe. But last years I have been getting more attracted to east Asian women and this year I have had sex with many African sex workers and i love it. Right now, I would say I love every ethnicity, but still most attractive are Slavs.

NEtherlands. Yes, visiting prostitutes is frowned upon in all of Europe and something secret and shameful. People in Netherlands are in general a bit more open to the fact that men do this sometimes and that it's ok, but you would not tell it to anyone.

No, I don't want to have sex with women of that age, they are not attractive to me. There was one woman of the 1000 older than 40 and that was once but never again (not a sex worker).
But also, they are not really available, as they would have very little work.

I gave up on someone my own age. I am just not sexually attracted to them anymore. I dated a lot until two years ago. But my last two experiences with women my age (actually, they were about 6-8 years younger) was such that I liked spending time with them. But once we were in bed, I was just not at all aroused and not actually interested in sex with them at all.
Finding someone much younger on the apps, for hookups, is very difficult. Also it takes forever and with sexworkers I can have sex today if I want.

Well, yes, of course after so many women it gets more mechanical when it's paid sex ,though that varies a lot with each woman. I still enjoy it very much though. But a large part of the fun is the finding and selecting of the women, seeing them naked, touching them. The sex itself can be very mechanical, but that's fine.
It's nothing like sex with a girlfriend of course, which is much more passionate, spontaneous and about mutual satisfaction.

What criteria did you include when you first created the spreadsheet and what have you added since? Were you able to backfill those entries? Have you built any macros in the spreadsheet? Do you have a dashboard with any KPIs? Do you have any graphs? What the most you've paid and what's the least?

I started with: number of woman i had sex with; number of different women i had sex with in current year; date; age; name; price; description; city; then a grade 1-10 of: face; body shape; breasts; ass; oral sex skills; sex skills; overall score. Later I've added a pictures column (for online escorts); height; adress; and colums to note if I had: bareback oral sex; bareback sex; rimjob; finish on her face or in her mouth. However, I've stopped adding the adress and height. And this year stopped adding the grades, it's just too much work!
The spreadsheet started with the 706th woman I had sex with, unfortunately no details about the first 705.
No macros etc.
Yes, I have graphs. Wish i could post them here! they are:
- Total number of different women I had sex with per year plus the total of new women I had sex with that year in one graph
- Lifetime number of women I had sex with per year
- Number of women I had sex with per age
- Number of women I had sex with per city
- Money spent on sexworkers per year
- Number of women I had sex with per nationality
Then some maps of the world, Europe, South America and Asia where the countries are highlighted of women that I had sex with (darker colored if many women, light if a few)
Most I paid: 102 euros to have sex with a former pornstar in Budapest (converted from Hungarian Florint).
Least I paid: I had sex for 10 euros with 22 different sex workers in the cheapest brothels in Athens (Cheapest in Europe also)

No, maps only where women are from, and a graph of the cities where i had sex.
In general, prcies have stayed the same. A very usual price here is 50 euros for a quickie. However, in 2017 you could still have sex for 30 in Alkmaar and The Hague for instance, those places have gone up to 50. Still a bargain.

Unless you want to chance a red light district cheapest in the UK is the equivalent for €60 for 30 minutes with a 60+ year old. At least €100 for anyone under 30.

In general yes. Some girls often without condom blowjobs for more money. In some locations, mainly German brothels, no condom BJ is standard. But vaginal sex is always with condom

Oh difficult! Including in these 1000 are 8 women who I didn't pay. One of them, and ex-girlfriend, was the best sex definitely. If talking about paid sex, it's very hard to choose. Looking at my sheet, 5 women got a perfect score of 10. I would say one of them, Jasmin from Romania in a brothel in Germany, was probaly the best one. Just completely breathtakingly amazing, perfect in every way, 18 years old, 50 euros, tall, endless legs, perfect beauty, sucked me without condom even and was an animal in bed. First time every I had sex with the same sexworker in one evening.
Worst: I gave three women a 1 out of 10. Alina from Romania was worst probably, in redlight district in Duisburg, Germany. USed every trcik in the book to make me uncomfortablbe and distracted, so I wouldn't get hard. Was rude etc. USing these kind of tricks happen very rarely.
