How do I even make money by pure software today ?
And no, I ain't talking about being a swe, it's a business sub anyway.
but like, today it feels like, almost all of the grass is eaten off from the grasslands.
you need a network, you need to know someone who would use your tool, and then that person will talk about your tool to his peers.
this is vital if you are making enterprise software.
If you are sitting in home, and if you don't know any influential corporate guy, I kinda think it's impossible
and because consumer space, almost nothing is left. For example I was thinking of a medicine reminder app for elderlies, but someone told , they won't pay for it. they will simply put alarms with tags.
or am I wrong ? Write your perspectives in comment section

How does the Disney Company cope, politically speaking, with being so heavily invested in Orlando and Florida?
I was just thinking of how impossible it would be to pickup and move Walt Disney World to a new location that's less extreme than Orlando and Florida. The people of Florida never know whether they're going to be hit with a political hurricane or an actual one. I would think getting out of dodge would sound fantastic, but the Disney Company is way too heavily invested to do that.

Physical Security Penetration Testing Business Question
This is just an idea for making a business to test event/organizational security sometime in the future. I was wondering what people think about it. Is it worth the time? What are good things to have before starting it up? What can I do now to get the skills/experience to do day to day tasks in the future? Just different things like that.

Succession of business
My FIL owns a successful tree care company. They are starting to take about the transfer of the business to my husband who will be joint owner with my brother in law. The deal sounds great because my FIL gives it to them less all debt (not sure how he’s swinging that but yay!).
That said, should we bring our own lawyer to the transaction? What things should I be thinking about as the wife that’s about to take on an incredible amount of liability (at least o think I am?). It’s an s corp for what that’s worth.
Thanks much!!!
