So if I’m reading this correctly, Walter is using monthly life insurance premiums from Guggenheim paid by policyholders to invest back into the team? And this is not allowed because of specific investment restrictions relative to this type of income. Also the TV deal is basically Walter paying himself because he created the network using Time Warner as a safety net in case they couldn’t reach their 300m+ revenue goal? Am I missing anything?

Almost. So far we haven’t seen anything indicating that the money was used to invest in the team. The loan in question is the one to the network.

Doesn't that by association fund the team if he owns the network, bc of the TV deal
