Regrettably, Josh Kushner and Thrive Capital became minority owners of the SF Giants last year. Would that conflict of interest be enough to prevent a sale even if it were under the name of another Kushner, or does the league not really care about minority ownerships? Not hard to see which of the two they’d choose, though.

Theyd probably just sell the minority stake (josh kushner has to sell a stake in the Heat to buy the lakers)
