Was in the area, so popped into total wine for the first time in probably 8 years. Strange cause I used to go at least weekly back in the day. I am a sucker for the 16 oz cans of classic city tho

Sierra Nevada's fest this year is, well, different. It's almost like they brewed Celebration with the malts from a fest. Can't decide if it works or not but when you're expecting a malty lager for crushing it's off putting.

Going tomorrow to try Round Trip, Bold Monk, and Halfway Crooks. After that all I will have left on the "must try" list is Wrecking Bar and Village Corner.

Agree, Sierra’s is odd this year. Bought the first 12 pack I encountered on sight, not sure i’ll be able to finish it.

I was gifted 9 cans of a 12 pack because my coworker didn't like it. I cracked one and said, "Festbier? This is way too hoppy for a festbier." Then I saw they "dry hopped" it. Oh well, I'll still drink the rest, it's not bad, but it's also not a traditional festbier.
