Beginner's Project Line following robot

I want to build a fast line follower from scratch. I’m a beginner and want to learn everything from sensor setup and motor selection to PID tuning and high-speed optimization.

Can anyone recommend good YouTube channels, GitHub projects, Reddit posts, or tutorials to get started?
