Look what I made! My first Arduino project
Hi! Today i brought my first Arduino kit and made my first project
I will start learning this from now

Recently I commented on someone's first Arduino project and got this post now

also, you could add a 60s timer that changes from red to orange and then green. i'm learning this too and pretty excited about it, bro!

Welcome to the club! Everyone starts with blinking LEDs, and it never gets old. It's a great feeling when that code finally works and the lights turn on. Good luck with your learning journey!

Congratulations - getting that first one to work is a great feeling.
How do the LEDs blink? In unison? Randomly, in sequence?
A good learning opportunity is to try those things....
Start out by getting them to blink in unison. Then alternately - e.g. #1 and #3 on with #2 off. Then #1 and #3 off with #2 on. Then in sequence - e.g. #1 on with the others off, then #2 on with the others off, then #3 and repeat. Then make it go up and down i.e. #1 -> #2 -> #3 -> #2 -> #1. Then try doing it so that you don't have a long list of digital writes that does that for you - i.e. start exploring loops and conditional code.
Have you heard of blink without delay - basically it blinks an LED using timers rather than the delay function. This is important for things like blinking the LEDs at different rates - e.g. one blinks with a 150 ms interval, another at 250 ms and the third at 333ms intervals.
It is a simple project, but you can do so much learning with just those 3 LEDs.
If you are interested, have a look at some getting started videos that I've created:
- Developing Arduino Projects - Introduces programming techniques for developing 2 projects using basic components.
- Importance of Blink No Delay - teaches an important programming technique: don't use delay.
The videos are intended to be follow along. Simply watching them is a waste of time. To get the most out of them, watch a bit, hit pause and try out what you just saw. Explore that concept, try to integrate it with earlier concepts. Lastly, try to do the exercises when I propose them.
All the best with it and welcome to the club.

eeeerm 🤓👆 that's actually not an Arduino proyect (microcontroller not used) but looks like nothing burnt down so you're in the right way! keep going, it's gonna get hella interesting

I remember this was the fourth thing I ever made after the blinking of leds, fading of leds and mini push button implementation

Hi bro i also started recently can we connect?
