QUESTION Installing Arch Offline

Hypothetically speaking, suppose I install all the core packages of Arch Linux and store it in a local USB stick. I am trying to build an Arch system into a new machine (suppose a PC) using another USB with ArchISO. Can I insert the previous USB along the live ISO and install Arch without the internet connection?

There's a wiki article about that.

Basically, you need to cache the necessary packages locally in some persistent storage (another partition on the ArchISO USB drive, another USB drive, some other storage, etc.), then temporarily set it up as a custom repo so pacstrap can pull the packages from there instead of a mirror.

Just out oft curiosity because I have asked myself the same question; would a distro like endeavor os be also an option for such a case? It's basically arch and offline installation is possible. Or am I mistaken?

i’m pretty sure the endeavour installer comes with the offline install option
