Food/Drinks-related Authentic "Ethnic" Food Recommendations? *Besides Chinatown Please* in Yokohama?

Does American count as ethnic? Troubadour in Tama Plaza (and the other restaurants in the Mother Lucy's group) are all good for American style dishes. Especially the pies!

American: LONESTAR BBQ, Midtown BBQ, Antenna America, Southbond
Mediterranean/Middle Eastern: Zeytin, Carvaan, Sparta
Mexican: Wangs Dining, Tacos Master, Aztecas, Chapman Tacos, Burrito Naggys, Comedor de Margarita

Zeytin, near Yamashita Park has the best Turkish food I've had in Japan (better than Ceyhan and far better than another place I won't name).
Nakshatra (near Chinatown) does some great South Indian.
Sparta (near Kannai) does some solid Greek. (The grilled octopus is soooo good.)
Casa de Fujimori (near Kannai) is quite known for its Spanish. I also like the Spanish tapas bar Chabora near Ishikawacho.

Authentic sushis 👌 which are very "ethnic" to me (very weird to say that a food is "ethnic", since any single food is linked to one or more ethnicity, but anyway)
