Started a French news carousel account a few days ago, need honest feedback on the style

Hey! I started a TikTok account a few days ago called "Ton Top 5". The idea is simple: every day I sum up the news in 5 quick facts, in a carousel you can read in about a minute. I also do a portrait of a public figure from time to time.

My posts are in French, but I'm not looking for feedback on the language or the news. I just want to know if the style works. Stuff like:

- is the first slide clear, would you swipe?

- are the colors and text readable on your phone?

- is it too busy or is it ok?

- what would make you go all the way to the last slide?

Be honest, I'd rather hear what doesn't work 😅

Thanks!

For Ton Top 5, I'd put one actual news fact on the opening slide alongside the five-fact promise, so the swipe starts with something substantive. Numbering the facts 1/5 through 5/5 would make the one-minute format easy to follow; give the occasional portrait a distinct label so readers know it's a different format.

I make ThreadFox. I can post the Reddit communities whose rules allow a post about Ton Top 5 here, with each rule quoted, if you want them.

Thanks, that's really useful! I'm already planning to put the first fact right on the opening slide, and I'll make the portraits clearly labeled as a different format.

And yes, I'd be interested in that list, with the rules quoted. Is it free? I'll check each sub's rules myself before posting anything.
