Yeah because an absolute minority ruled the country with extensive segregation politics and instead of investing in its betterment neglected the majority of the country so when the pendulum ultimately swu ng the other way the majority had no idea what to do. And now some assholes want to reduce the problem to skincolour to acquit said minorty from being the root cause of the problem and general evil fucks.

AND because they are uninformed and incredibly dumb.
