Who is making the scene?

The lady walking her dog on the street in which she lives  or the people who traveled for miles, hired multiple professional photographers and hired band and and staged the whole production - and then had the nerve to ask that lady to not walk her dog there while they filmed content for social media?

She is, she is being loud enough for people to hear and saying hurt comments. Listen, the grass isn't lava. If walking 10ft onto the grass to avoid being in a shot causes this reaction, people are letting negativity get to them.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The second you watched this video you decided who the good guys were and who the bad guys were. 

And now you're committed to twisting, contorting and inventing facts if needed to conform to your disposition. 

There's a fucking mariachi band playing in the background and now the Karen is at fault for making her voice loud enough for the people holding cameras in her face to record it?

You sound aggressive for no reason. Are you this lady? Don't let this conversation get you worked up. Like let's just talk without being condescending. It's sounds like this is a popular spot. This lady knows that. Is she able to go when it's not prime time for people to be there. While I know a mariachi band is not everyone's cup of tea, realistically how long you think they will be playing. 5-10 minutes tops. My dude, if you can't keep your mouth shut for a 10 minute, minor inconvenience, there are bigger issues here.
