They don't have to be drunk to be making excuses for positioning themselves way too close to a young girl. My most vivid memory is from a garage sale. Really anywhere there's a semi-crowded situation like a lineup or concert or beach, this shit will happen. It's weird looking back as an adult but with those kid memories of "something's not right, I don't like this". ick.
