Question/Help Thailand Post

Post image

Could anyone please help me with this? I’ve been trying to get in touch with Thailand Post, but I keep getting exactly the same response every time.
My parcel hasn’t had any tracking updates for almost three weeks now and I’m getting increasingly worried that it might have gone missing.
The last tracking update showed that it was handed over to the airline at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 16 September, but there’s been absolutely no movement since then.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or knows who I could contact to get some proper information? I’m starting to get really concerned as it’s quite a valuable parcel.
Thank you.

This can happen with international parcels. Once the parcel leaves Thailand and is handed over to the airline, the tracking information may not be updated by Thailand Post while it is in transit or being processed by the destination country's postal system. The next update may only appear when the destination postal operator scans it.

Did you check the tracking number on Royal Mail website? Sometimes, the tracking status is not well synchronized between national systems.

Did the parcel have a battery inside? You can't ship any battery with Thai post and it will get rejected like this.

No, there are only kpop photocards in there, but some of them are pretty expensive.

I've seen the same thing with international mail. Once it leaves Thailand you should check with the postal service of the receiving country.
