Announcement Welcome to r/Subliminal 🚨 READ THIS BEFORE POSTING  🚨

Welcome to r/subliminal This community is focused on subliminals — whether you're here to share results, ask for advice, discuss experiences, or just enjoy memes.

Before you post, please take a moment to read through everything below. These rules are here to keep the community helpful, respectful, and high-quality. Posts that don’t follow them will be removed. Repeated rule breaks may lead to a ban.

🏷️ Use the Correct Flair

Make sure you select the appropriate flair when posting.

Flairs help keep the subreddit organised and make it easier for others to find what they’re looking for. For example:

  • Use Results for before/after posts
  • Use Advice asking/giving help or guidance
  • Use Discussion for general topics around subs
  • Use Memes for humour content
  • Use Rant for long form posts or when you need to let off some steam.

📌 Subreddit Rules

1. Treat each other with dignity and respect

This is a space for open discussion, but not hostility.
Disagreements are fine — disrespect is not. No insults, harassment, passive-aggressive comments, or toxic behavior. If you wouldn’t say it respectfully to someone directly, don’t post or comment it.

2. Posts must be related to subliminals

All content must directly relate to subliminals, including:

  • Subliminal audio
  • Subliminal messaging
  • Subliminal images
  • Subliminal marketing/advertising

Off-topic posts will be removed to keep the subreddit focused and useful.

If you want to post about manifestation but it doesn't include subliminals at all please post to r/manifestation or other manifestation communities instead.

3. Limit posts to one per day

Do not spam the subreddit.

  • Maximum of 1 post per day per user.
  • All extra posts will be removed automatically.
  • Self promo is allowed but please avoid excessive self-promotion and make sure your post maintains high quality. (Titled with detailed description) Posts that don't follow this will be removed.

This ensures everyone gets visibility and keeps the feed from being cluttered.

4. No low-effort posts

Posts like:

  • “Do subliminals work?”
  • “What’s the best subliminal for…?”
  • “What’s her features?”
  • “Who should I choose as my desired face?”
  • “What can I improve?”
  • “What’s wrong with my face?”
  • “Recommend me a creator/subliminal”

👉 These belong in the Weekly Discussion thread or can be answered using the Reddit search/Google.

Low-effort or repetitive posts will be removed.

5. No image manipulation

If you’re sharing results:

  • Use clear, high-quality images
  • Ensure good lighting
  • No filters, edits, or misleading enhancements

We want real, honest results — not altered images.

6. You must own the rights to images & NO AI content

  • Only post images you personally own
  • Do NOT repost social media “before/after” photos
  • No AI-generated images

Most public images are edited or filtered and can mislead others.

7. No requests or sharing of stolen content

  • Do NOT ask for paid content (e.g. Patreon, paid subs)
  • Do NOT share paid or leaked material, Even your own subs you have bought as it's hard to verify that you didn't get them from someone else.

🚫 This will result in a minimum 1-year ban, up to a permanent ban for repeat offenses.

8. No unsourced drama posts

  • No gossip, rumors, or hearsay
  • Creator updates are allowed only if properly sourced

Do not post drama about random users, creators, or comment sections.

9. MOAB questions go in the TYBL subreddit only

All MOAB-related questions must be posted in the TYBL subreddit.
This keeps information organised and easier for people to find and answer.

💬 Weekly Discussion Thread (USE THIS)

We have a Weekly Discussion Post for simple or repetitive questions.

Use it for:

  • Subliminal recommendations
  • “What’s her features?”
  • Desired face advice
  • Playlist help
  • General beginner questions

Posting these outside the thread will result in removal.

🚫 Rule Enforcement & Ban System

To keep things fair and consistent, we use a streamlined enforcement system:

  • 1st offense: Post/comment removal + warning
  • 2nd offense: 3-day ban
  • 3rd offense: 7-day ban
  • 4th offense: 14-day ban
  • 5th offense: 30-day ban
  • 6th offense: 6-month ban
  • 7th offense: Permanent ban

Severe rule violations (such as harassment, sharing paid/stolen content, or repeated bad-faith behaviour or abuse towards the mod team) may skip steps and result in an immediate longer or permanent ban.

📩 Questions & Reporting

If you have any questions about the rules, removals, or bans, please send a modmail rather than making a post about it. The mod team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you see content that breaks the rules, please report it. Reports help us spot issues much faster and keep the subreddit clean and fair for everyone.

Thanks for being here and helping keep the community respectful and high-quality 💜

I’ve been using different submakers for about a year. I also cut my hair short because it was thin, and now I’m really happy with my results. I didn’t change my hair routine, shampoo, or add anything new.

Submakers I used:

V1per

Hypnodaddy

Psyche

Garebear reuploads

Guoba Hair Miracles

Bae Subliminals (recent hair sub)

Lian

Valeria

I recently added Valeria too, and I haven’t noticed any bad results, so I want to give her credit as well. ❤️

I just realized that this subliminal might have gave me results with a guy I met. Don't worry about how long you listen to subliminal. I had quick results because I didn't care about it and was listening for the vibe affirmations and not for the sp affs.

Discussion made my first app, a pomodoro timer where a little dog falls asleep while you focus

Post image
8 Upvotes

hey all, just shipped my first ever app and I'm kind of nervous posting it lol

it's called Puperino. basically I kept downloading pomodoro apps, using them for a week, then forgetting they existed. they all felt a bit cold and serious. so I made one with a little dog called Biscuit in it.

when you start a focus session he wanders over to his bed and curls up and naps. when you're done he sometimes brings you a little gift, which you can keep or trade for bones to buy stuff for his room. you can also dress him up, which I spent way too long on (he has a witch hat and a crown, it's very important)

not gonna lie, not wanting to wake him up has kept me focused better than any streak thing ever did 😅

it also does the usual stuff: the timer on your lock screen, tasks, stats, and a stay mode if you're like me and pick up your phone every 4 minutes

it's free. there's an optional pro with more rooms and stuff if you want to support me

would really love feedback, even if it's "this is buggy" or "this is pointless" haha. what would make you actually keep using a focus timer?

I usually don't listen to ug subs, but this one was recommended to me and trust me i immediately felt something different, i was so convinced that this is working and since then its in my playlist.

I can clearly see the difference and I am getting compliments about my body shape, even my bestie said that I am getting thick in the right places 🤭

But i can surely feel my butt jiggling while walking which i never felt before 😛 and ofc I'm feeling way more confident about my body now ( i am very thin, but ig not anymore)

Maybe I'll start listening to more ug subs from now

Advice I have been doing subs for 8 years

I have used them on and off for 8 years, technically 9 and I will be very straightforward, it’s real and it works.

Browsing through this sub and the communities of the creators I listen to, please know you are all incredible beautiful and gorgeous. No matter if you’re a guy or girl your results are equally awesome. I just have a few tips I’d like to share and a brief story if you have some time.

Story of my best friend
He started coming into school with an extremely huge aura that you could feel before he entered a room and even when he was in a room it was so strong and warm, his face changed and he developed sharp cheekbones super defined and a structured jaw. He looked 8k and seemed ai before ai even was around. Voice deep, looked tall, and everyone stuttered or flustered in his presence. All the girls wanted him and he went from being average to being one of the best looking people I’d ever seen in life. So we got to talking and he told me he’s been listening to subliminals, and it got me into doing them and sooner or later I had these same results.

Subs we used
We are both guys by the way. But we used, Akuo for some years and then from 2021 onwards we used Baejin cafe, Kottie, and luminalplay. We became very social and very popular, and everything was awesome. However out of nowhere we both stopped, it became tiring to keep listening and we wanted to feel powerful without dependance. The benefits stayed for about a year after stopping but then everything stopped completely.

Tips and tricks
Through insight I figured out why results stopped. Whatever sub you listen to and get results from, if you want to keep the results the lifestyle you live must match the frequency of the sub you listened to. Let’s say you listened to a fame sub and it worked but then you suddenly stop, after some time if you don’t do high vibrational habits like self care, meditation, exercise etc the benefits will fade. Does that make sense? So we made our lifestyle very high vibrational and the benefits came rushing back as the frequency matched the affirmations flooded in our subconscious from years of listening. Even today my life reflects subs I listened to from like 2020.

Please understand you need to only listen once or twice a day, we all have things to do. It dosent matter if you look in the mirror or not, you don’t need to worry about anything just drink water after. Just listen and know your reality will merge with the sub no matter what. Also trust your gut instinct, some creators won’t match with your heart. Meaning some are just evil, but if you feel connected to a sub and have a good feeling it’s likely to be a safe creator. Don’t trust everybody that says they are safe, trust yourself first. I love you all and honestly you are really beautiful. If you would like to see my results I may post them although back in the day I posted them here already on old Reddit accounts most of you will know who I am. Feel free to message me for anything else, or to see my results. I am 22 year old male and right now I listen to Guoba subs as they work fastest for me.

Question Does anyone actually get real results?

I'm new to this whole subliminal thing, and I'm wondering if anyone's actually manifested huge results, I believe in at least minor changes, like maybe looking healthier or feeling more energized, but I'm not sure about other things. Like if you could manifest anything you wanted, why isn't every one on this a billionaire supermodel?

Discussion High Frequency Guru - place ur negative experiences here

• Upvotes

I know there are many more out there who have had bad experiences from the subliminals by High Frequency Guru on youtube, there are comments on so many other subliminal makers pages about how hers are problematic.

Please share your negative experiences here.

( i dont care about you all coming in to defend her or saying its normal for people to have *basically psychosis* reactions to them, its not. Its not normal. Its a sign of a subliminal creator who does not care about the minds and mental health of those using them. )

Rant I really miss how our community used to be few years ago :(

I remember when I was in 8th grade probably in 2018-2019 I found out about subliminals and there were so many amazing creators and the whole community was like this secret place for me and I used to like that feeling alot . So many of them left / got their channel terminated which is so sad :( even I started a channel but it got terminated .

The new subliminal community feels so fake? Idk how to explain that now exactly but it's not like before . Everyone is trying to tell others about subliminals just trynna make business out of it .it's just so sad and so oversaturated ?

Aah idk what I was trying to say , i just really miss the old days lol

Advice Teaching Manifestation like you're in school - SATS pt3

Teaching Manifestation like you're in school - SATS !! Pt.3

Hi class

Long time no see

Today we are going to talk about SATS.

So grab your notebook , sit quietly and listen.(I've used text to speech for this so bear with me ) It's going to be a long lecture bcs today we won't leave a single crumb. So you can read it in parts but I wantes to have the info in one place.

If you've been studying Neville Goddard for a while, you've probably heard the phrase SATS — State Akin to Sleep.

A lot of manifestation advice reduces SATS to:

Close your eyes, visualize something, and fall asleep.

But Neville's teaching is much more specific than that.

SATS is not simply "visualizing before bed." It is the drowsy, receptive state between wakefulness and sleep in which your attention becomes less occupied by the external world and more capable of accepting an imagined experience as real.

So let's break SATS down from A to Z.

A — What is SATS?

SATS means State Akin to Sleep.

It is the state in which you are physically relaxed and mentally quiet, but not completely unconscious.

Think of the moment when you're lying in bed and you're no longer fully alert, but you haven't completely fallen asleep yet.

You are:

physically relaxed

mentally quieter

less focused on your surroundings

more immersed in imagination

naturally less analytical

Neville considered this state especially useful for impressing the subconscious with a desired assumption.

\---

\*\*B — The Basic Principle\*\*

The fundamental idea is:

Do not imagine what you WANT to happen. Imagine from the position of it ALREADY having happened.

There is a subtle but extremely important difference.

Instead of:

"I want to get the job."

Imagine:

"I'm telling my friend, "I got the job!""

Instead of:

"I hope my relationship improves."

Imagine:

"I'm receiving a loving message from them and feeling that everything between us is wonderful again."

The question isn't:

"What would I like to see?"

The better question is:

"What would I experience if this were already true?"

\---

C — Choose ONE End

One of the biggest mistakes beginners make is trying to manifest an entire movie.

Don't imagine:

Job → money → relationship → house → trip → new clothes → everyone congratulating you → etc.

Choose one end scene that implies your desire has already been fulfilled.

For example:

If your desire is financial security, you could imagine yourself checking your bank account and feeling the relief of knowing:

"I'm financially secure."

The scene should represent the result, not the struggle of getting there.

\---

D — Don't Force Visualization

You don't need to see a crystal-clear 4K mental movie.

Some people visualize strongly.

Some hear inner conversations.

Some feel sensations.

Some simply have a vague sense of an imagined scene.

SATS is not a competition for who can visualize the most vividly.

What matters is the experience of the scene.

You can:

see it

hear it

feel it

mentally speak it

experience it from first person

combine several senses

Use whatever comes naturally.

\---

E — Entering SATS

There is no complicated ritual required.

Lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes.

Allow your body to become heavy and relaxed.

Let your breathing become natural.

Don't try to "knock yourself unconscious."

Instead, allow yourself to become drowsy.

You are looking for that beautiful middle ground:

awake enough to imagine, sleepy enough to stop overthinking.

\---

F — Feeling Is More Important Than Forcing Emotion

This is where Neville's phrase "feeling is the secret" is often misunderstood.

You don't necessarily need to generate an intense emotional reaction.

You don't need to cry with gratitude.

You don't need to become euphoric.

The "feeling" can simply be the sense of reality.

For example:

You imagine your friend congratulating you.

Instead of desperately thinking:

__PROTECTED_FOREIGN_QUOTE_2__

You experience:

"Oh. This happened."

That quiet "of course" feeling can be enough.

\---

G — Gratitude

You don't have to spend 30 minutes saying:

"Thank you, thank you, thank you."

You can simply allow yourself to experience the natural gratitude that would arise if your desire were already fulfilled.

Imagine receiving something you've wanted for months.

What would your internal reaction naturally be?

Maybe:

"I can't believe it."

Maybe:

"Finally."

Maybe:

"Everything worked out."

Maybe just peaceful satisfaction.

That is enough.

\---

H — How Long Should SATS Last?

There is no magical number.

You don't need exactly:

10 minutes

15 minutes

30 minutes

1 hour

The goal is not duration.

The goal is entering the state and experiencing your imaginal act naturally.

Sometimes you may repeat a scene for a few minutes.

Sometimes you may fall asleep while doing it.

Sometimes you may barely remember the moment you drifted off.

That's completely fine.

\---

I — Imagination

Neville's entire philosophy places enormous importance on imagination.

SATS gives you an opportunity to consciously direct that imagination.

Instead of allowing your mind to replay:

"What if it doesn't happen?"

you deliberately experience:

"What would I be experiencing if it had already happened?"

You are changing the state from which you experience yourself.

\---

J — The Scene Should Be Short

A short scene is usually easier to repeat.

For example:

You're walking into your house.

Someone hugs you.

They say:

"I'm so happy for you!"

You smile.

You think:

"It actually happened."

That's enough.

You don't need a 20-minute storyline.

In fact, a short scene can become powerful because you can loop it naturally.

\---

K — Keep It Natural

Imagine something that feels believable within imagination.

You don't need to convince your logical mind that your scene is scientifically possible.

But you also don't need to create something so enormous and complicated that your mind keeps interrupting:

"This doesn't make sense."

Keep the imaginal experience simple enough that you can enter it.

\---

L — Looping the Scene

This is one of my favorite ways to use SATS.

Choose a tiny moment that implies the wish has already been fulfilled.

Then replay it.

For example:

Handshake. "Congratulations!" Smile. Replay. Handshake. "Congratulations!" Smile. Replay. You aren't trying to create new events. You are repeatedly occupying the same fulfilled end.

\---

M — Mental Conversations

SATS doesn't have to be purely visual.

You can imagine conversations.

Imagine someone saying exactly what they would say if your desire were already fulfilled.

For example:

"You finally got it!"

Or:

"I'm so happy for you."

Or:

"Everything worked out perfectly."

Then hear yourself responding.

Mental conversations can make a scene feel incredibly natural.

\---

N — Neville's "Now"

One of the most important ideas is to experience the desired state as present reality in imagination.

Not:

"This WILL happen."

But:

"This IS."

Not:

"One day I'll have it."

But:

"I am experiencing the reality of having it."

The external world may not yet reflect it.

Your imaginal experience doesn't have to wait for external confirmation.

\---

O — Don't Observe Yourself

Try to experience the scene from inside it, rather than watching yourself like a movie character.

Instead of seeing yourself from across the room receiving the award, imagine:

your hands holding it

the sound of applause

someone beside you

the sensation of the moment

Experience it through your own eyes.

This can make the scene feel much more immediate.

\---

P — Persistence

Persistence doesn't mean obsessively doing SATS every night because you're terrified your manifestation will disappear.

Persistence means returning to the chosen assumption.

If you wake up the next morning and think:

"Oh no, nothing changed."

You don't need to panic.

Simply remember:

The imaginal act has already been performed.

Return to your chosen state instead of constantly checking the external world.

\---

Q — Questions You Should Ask Yourself

Before creating your scene, ask:

  1. What exactly do I want?

  2. What would confirm that it happened?

  3. Who would notice?

  4. What would they say?

  5. What would I feel?

  6. What tiny moment could imply the whole desire has been fulfilled?

That last question is particularly useful.

\---

R — Relaxation

SATS works best when you're not fighting your body.

You don't need perfect posture.

You don't need a special meditation technique.

You don't need to control every breath.

Get comfortable.

Let the body relax.

Allow the mind to become quiet.

Then introduce your scene.

\---

S — SATS Is NOT Sleep Itself

This is another common misunderstanding.

SATS isn't simply:

"I'm asleep, therefore I'm in SATS."

The useful state is the drowsy threshold where you're relaxed but still capable of directing your imagination.

You can also experience similar drowsy states at other times.

The bedtime state is simply convenient because your body is naturally preparing for sleep.

\---

T — The "Already Have It" Test

Here's a useful test:

After imagining your scene, ask:

"If this were already true, would I still be desperately trying to make it happen?"

If the answer is no, notice that shift.

You don't have to feel permanently euphoric.

You may simply feel:

relief.

certainty.

normality.

satisfaction.

That is often much more natural than forcing excitement.

\---

U — You Don't Need to Check the 3D

One of the biggest traps:

You do SATS at night.

Wake up.

Check your phone.

Check messages.

Check social media.

Look for signs.

Nothing happened.

Panic.

Repeat SATS.

Check again.

Repeat.

This can turn manifestation into an endless cycle of wanting → checking → disappointment → wanting.

If you're following Neville's philosophy, the point is to occupy the state rather than constantly interrogate the external world.

\---

V — Visualisation vs SATS

They're related, but not identical.

Visualization = creating an image or scene in your mind.

SATS = entering a relaxed, drowsy state and using imagination from that state.

You can visualize without being in SATS.

SATS simply provides a particularly receptive condition for imaginal work.

\---

W — What If I Fall Asleep?

Then you fell asleep.

That's it. 😭

You don't need to wake yourself up and start again.

If you naturally drift off while imagining your scene, that's actually perfectly compatible with the bedtime practice.

Your goal isn't to stay awake for two hours proving that you're doing it correctly.

\---

X — X-Factor: The Assumption

If there is one concept I would emphasize above everything else, it is this:

The scene is not the goal. The state is the goal.

You aren't imagining a phone call because you desperately need a phone call.

You're imagining it because the phone call represents:

"It is done."

The external object, person, message, money, job, etc. is the symbol.

The deeper shift is:

"Who am I being in the assumption that this is already true?"

\---

Y — Your Morning After SATS

Don't wake up and immediately destroy the state by thinking:

"Where is it?"

You don't have to spend the entire day pretending.

Just live normally.

If doubts appear, you don't need to fight them.

Notice them.

Then return to the assumption you chose.

The objective isn't to become terrified of having one negative thought.

It's to stop giving every passing thought authority.

\---

Z — The Simplest SATS Routine

If you want an extremely simple routine, try this:

  1. Decide what you want.

↓

  1. Choose the fulfilled end.

↓

  1. Create a short scene that implies it has happened.

↓

One Last Thing

SATS isn't supposed to become another thing you are afraid of doing "wrong."

You don't need perfect visualization.

You don't need perfect emotions.

You don't need to enter some mystical trance.

You don't need to perform the technique for exactly 17 minutes.

The heart of the practice is much simpler:

Enter a relaxed state.

Imagine the wish fulfilled.

Experience it as real in imagination.

Let yourself fall asleep from that state.

And perhaps the most important question isn't:

"Did I visualize correctly?"

It's:

"For those few moments, did I allow myself to experience the reality of having what I wanted?"

That is where I think SATS becomes much more interesting than just another manifestation technique.

What has your experience with SATS been? Do you find it easier to visualize, use inner conversations, affirm, or simply feel the end state?SATS — Neville Goddard’s Complete A–Z Guide

If you've been studying Neville Goddard for a while, you've probably heard the phrase SATS — State Akin to Sleep.

A lot of manifestation advice reduces SATS to:

«"Close your eyes, visualize something, and fall asleep."»

But Neville's teaching is much more specific than that.

SATS is not simply "visualizing before bed." It is the drowsy, receptive state between wakefulness and sleep in which your attention becomes less occupied by the external world and more capable of accepting an imagined experience as real.

So let's break SATS down from A to Z.

\---

A — What is SATS?

SATS means State Akin to Sleep.

It is the state in which you are physically relaxed and mentally quiet, but not completely unconscious.

Think of the moment when you're lying in bed and you're no longer fully alert, but you haven't completely fallen asleep yet.

You are:

physically relaxed

mentally quieter

less focused on your surroundings

more immersed in imagination

naturally less analytical

Neville considered this state especially useful for impressing the subconscious with a desired assumption.

\---

B — The Basic Principle

__PROTECTED_FOREIGN_QUOTE_3__

↓

  1. Lie down comfortably.

↓

  1. Relax your body.

↓

  1. Allow yourself to become drowsy.

↓

  1. Enter the scene from first person.

↓

  1. Experience the scene rather than watching it.

↓

  1. Loop it gently.

↓

  1. Let the feeling become natural.

↓

  1. Fall asleep in that assumption.

That's it.

No complicated scripting.

No 55×5.

No hundreds of affirmations.

No checking for signs every five minutes.

Just:

Relax → Imagine → Experience → Accept → Sleep.
