support Please help

I’ve been having a problem where I get a new game and whenever I try to open I get stuck on the opening screen and then the game crashes. It’s not every new game, but it is most of them. Also, it adds time to the total play time to the game even though in some cases I haven’t even owned the game for that long(like I bought it 30 minutes ago but it says I’ve played for an hour). I’ve tried googling my problem, but nothing works. Some games that don’t work are cyberpunk 2077, mecha chameleon, marvel rivals, and tmod loader but terraria works. Please help me 🙏
