These guys don't convert people and don't exist to convert people. Their job and function is to try and provoke people or governments into confrontations so they can sue them and get rich. They've done it many times in Seattle.
Someone who is anti religion to the point they would come back days or weeks later to say they converted and tell an elaborate story and pray with said preacher sometimes on camera ?
And preachers who do it for free on their own time for hours not preaching peace and Jesus is…doing it so they can get assaulted and sue people for money?
The people who go up to street preachers claiming to be converted aren't anti-religious atheists, they're in on the grift. This isn't new, it's as old as civilization. Probably older.

With the case, their core argument is ‘Seattle discriminated against our religious/political viewpoint and then punished us because other people reacted violently to it’
That does not equal “we had a deliberate conspiracy to purposely get attacked so we can get money for it”
