I feel like it's all a movement to force the lower class into "submission".

Price us out of cars. You don't need to travel far, just from home to work.

Price us out of homes. Houses are for the rich, stay in your apartment so you get squeezed with a price hike every year.

Price us out of computers. You don't need a computer, everything you need is in your phone, which tracks you and listens to your every word.

Oh, and then there's everything turning into a subscription. It's all built to drain money at every opportunity.

It isn't about us buying their products. That is what B2B sales are for. We are just renters

I agree. There's too much usury and rent seeking behavior. Comic still applies imo. If the working class can't afford the rents even, they'll lose money and go out of business. Corporate industries are built on the product/payment/service being affordable to the masses.

Weird conspiracy crap.

New cars are cheaper than they've ever really been.

And idk where you think you can get to work without a car but it isnt most places.

You also one of those people that get upset if you can walk to the grocery store?

I don't know what kind of point you're making. I take the bus to get to work. I do walk to the grocery store. I'm upset that everything is so fucking expensive. Prices are going up on almost everything, that's a fact. It's forcing a lot of people into survival mode. If you don't think there are people out there who see this as a good thing, you're naive.

It's probably actually worse than this. It's probably unintentional. No more colonies to exploit. The system has never actually worked. Where did all the trees in England go?
