That was excellent! The 'I didn't point yet' was a crowd killer.

Great routine!

Not sure if that part was planned, but it made me laugh

definitely intentional he lifts his arm instead of pointing right away to get him to say it, that's the punchline of the joke just as much as the long pause after it

Pretty sure that's how he kept count as well. Heard  26 and used the silence to count down till the end of the joke

100%, a huge part of a lot of comedians shtick is them acting dumber than they are and making these things seem completely natural but a really good comedian plays a crowd like a magician does, they set the crowds expectations intentionally, misdirect and then play off of it, I love stand up

That's a good point

I'd go beyond planned and say that's actually the punchline

It's a beautifully constructed joke, the punchline being halfway through the expected minute gives it an extra kick because you aren't expecting it yet and then the rest of the time still contributes to the humour - everything after that is kinda an echo of the punchline

You think you've sussed out the joke and know what to expect, then he hits you with the punchline... but you still get the original joke you expected, and now it's amplified by the punchline delivered halfway

The hook is actually the fact you think you've figured his joke out, then he completely subverts it and makes it into two jokes, with the one you weren't expecting being funnier than the one you expected

The more I think about it, the more credit I think this guy needs - it's a superb joke

From 40 down to 26 then down again to 2. As for me, I’m still looking for woman number one.

Audience interaction that for once doesn't have me instantly exiting out of the video.

This is a new favorite of mine for bits. Super clever use of crowd interaction and timing.

I am almost a hundred percent certain that zero was the last number he was looking for😅.

Good to see jokes that are new and not the same old shit that people somehow still laugh at
