We are using a rather liberal definition of healthy, aren't we?

In their defense they said "healty", not "healthy" lol.

The Kebab is made with 100% Healt, a knockoff oil made from pig livers.

Mental wellness, not broad at all, just outside your perception somehow 😉 and yes, fatty protein is better for you than a sugar slurry (with some notes of coffee flavor) with 100+ grams of the stuff.

The protein and fats in the kebab are a lot healthier than the 20 teaspoons of sugar in the Starbucks frapulatte bullshit.

A Kebab does usually have plenty of vegetables, for fast food standards its absolutely one of the healthier fast foods you can eat, in isolation I wouldnt call a Kebab healthy but not extremely unhealthy either.

A coffee basically loses all its healthy traits the moment you add milk and sugar. A coffee is only healthy entirely black as it has no calories and plenty other positive effects, some of which also disappear when you add milk and sugar.

How is milk in coffee unhealthy? People have been milking cows for a very long time.

Adding 45 calories of milk and 15ml of sugar doesn’t magically negate or deactivate any antioxidants or the net benefit's of the caffeine.

Or any of their bullshit pastries.

I do have a soft spot for the protein bites.

Kebab is one the healthiest meals you could have as far as fast food goes.

probably depends on what you consider a meal.

Are you getting a salad with the kebab? or fries?

Who eats a salad or fries with a Döner?

A fry salad! With extra fries!

it's a comparison meme, so in comparison with a daily - let's be plain here that drink is a milkshake - at least the donair has protein, veg and fiber instead of all the calories being from refined sugar and palm oil in the starbucks

Can't go wrong with Lamb over Rice.

Overall, the meat might not be too healthy if you eat it regularly, the sauce has a decent amount of sugar and the bread doesn't have any nutritional value. But the rest is basically a rather healthy salad. If you choose to go falafel instead of meat, it's a pretty decent meal

i mean if you ask for them to be light on the meat and sauce and load up the veg it really isn't a bad meal.

It has a vegetable? Healthy.

Fat isn't unhealthy sugar is. You are a victim of propganda if you think Kebab's are unhealthy.

Eat a balance diet ffs, a kebab every now and again isn't going to kill you.
