Because he's one of the most wanted criminals on earth. There's only a handful of countries he can go to without immediately being arrested for the warcrimes he comitted.

He even has to manoeuvre around certain countries because if he goes into the airspace of for instance the European union, they can in fact shoot down his aircraft.

He is a wanted terrorist, and rightfully so.
That's why his phone is absolutely a target for getting hacked, so the tape is the best analogue security measure to prevent anyone from taking pictures.

The european union? It’s like 27 countries, most of them would never shoot down a plane with a state leader in it unless there’s a world war

Well if there wasn't before they did it, downing it would definitely push one on

Some of them don't have the capacity to shoot down a plane lmfao

If we go by europe:

Andorra
Iceland
Liechtenstein
Monaco
San Marino
Vatican City

That’s your complete list.

A bunch of microstates and Iceland who doesn’t have its own military.

If we go by european union which was the defined list of countries that you replied to then there is no country that doesnt have the capacity to do so.

None of the ones i listed are in the EU.

I live in Ireland. Go look up what we do every time a Russian vessel enters our waters. We don't have a jet. We couldn't do shit if we wanted to close our airspace.

That is true, Ireland is defended by the RAF.

So you’re right actually, Ireland is the only EU country not able to shoot down a plane at all
