In those last few years I moved, got late diagnosed with a few things, ADHD most of all (I dont believe its everything yet), realized my life falling to pieces wasn't entirely my own doing and that my brain just sucks at everything when unmedicated. I reconnected with so much, so impossibly much pain that Im feeling now. Im the most puppy I've ever been in my life to cope with it. I need to be taken care of I cant do any of it alone. I want to have the strength to, like I used to, but that strength was drained until there was nothing left. I simply could not force myself to take any more of it, no matter how much I DESPERATELY wanted to. I always just wanted to be fucking normal. Why couldn't I be normal? I tried so hard to. Look where it got me instead. I've never been more fragile, oversensitive, delicate, lazy, dysfunctional, validation seeking. I felt burnt out for literal years, every single day. Its my life now

And I still cant stop myself from throwing my life away everyday. Im full of fear of developing dementia later on in life as well as some other conditions. Im always full of fear. And I still smoke everyday, abuse substances everyday, stay indoors and be mean to myself everyday, neglect eating everyday, spend a double digit screen time on games or social media everyday. Less so day by day, but these temporary reliefs are unfortunately everything to me. The computer screen was the only place that felt like it could keep me safe from reality

But I've been getting better at saying no to others. Im pushed around with bit more resistance. I still lose my voice but less often? Maybe? I still float through life like aimless driftwood because Im so dissociated, but now I actually care about it. Hopefully I can even do somwthing about it. I have less hate for myself since realizing not literally everything is my fault. I've been hurt much more than I want to admit. I never took any care of those wounds before in my life. They never felt like they're real in the first place, because I dont have a single shockingly traumatic memory to share with you. Just a lifetime of neglect and yelling
