Does the Season Pass contain all add-ons and DLC available for the game? And if not, what does it?

It says it contains 4 new modes and some skin packs but doesn't mention which. This is why I am asking

I'm going off 13 year old memory, but I'm pretty sure I bought the season pass and then when they released the DLC I got it automatically
