Sub Clean Up Requst

Couple requests for housekeeping. First, instead of a daily postseason thread, can we get two stickied posts? One for postseason baseball discussion and one for offseason / transactional discussion. I think it would be cool to have sort of a game day thread but for those two things that run the offseason instead of a ton of broken up stickied posts.

Second, can we unpin the random August 3rd day off thread?

Thanks for your consideration and hope we all are enjoying watching playoff baseball! Been a few good games so far.

Not sure how the new bot works, but I think if it could do a weekly general discussion post instead of a daily, that would be the sweet spot.

And sort of tongue in cheek request, have a stickied thread for everyone's "I hate ownership and I'm done/boycotting" manifestos.

To piggyback off your idea, and if the bot could, a new sticky for each playoff round would be nice too.

unpinning the august 3rd thread would be a huge relief, feels like it's just stuck there staring at us at this point

two stickied posts makes way more sense than the daily ones, keeps the conversations in one place without everything getting scattered

Wait where do you see a random aug 3rd off day thread pinned? New Reddit?

Edit: ok I found it using reddit mobile and unpinned it, not sure why that was repinned and stayed that way, might have been around the time we were working on a new bot solution for daily GDT posts so the old bot pinned that and it never was refreshed?

We usually do weekly offseason threads once the world series is complete and the season is officially over. I can pass along the word to the new bot creator.
