In all societies that have attempted to implement socialism the state became the proxy for the people, thus the state owned the means of production. They are both wrong. Socialism is one of the most devastating ideologies in modern times, and those of you who have never lived under it do not understand what it is or even why it is bad.
"in all societies" it's always just a handful of revolutions in the 20th century lmao. Revolutions which predominantly intended from the beginning to establish state ownership and so don't even support your argument. Never acknowledging the fact that common ownership is the DEFAULT which we had for the majority of our existence.
