I guess I should have added a /s at the end of that post.....

I was playing a part. Poe's Law is alive and well.

I tried that too recent, didn't work out well for me either. People don't seem to like the '/s', but I think it's pretty effective. Text make sarcasm hard to parse. And people do belive conflicting things and vote against their own best interests.

I don't like the /s when it's obvious sarcasm, because it hurts the humor to be told "that was a joke btw". But I also know it's necessary for all the people that won't get it.

So, what happens when it has to be sarcasm, when it's so obvious that they couldn't seriously believe that. But they do.
