Unfortunately, she doesn’t have a chance in hell of winning. She’d have to somehow prove that he was pleasuring himself. From what I understand from the article and others I’ve read no one else heard or saw anything. Her word against the passenger Nextdoor. That being said, is it extremely cringe worthy and disgusting? Absolutely. But she did get to stand for most of the flight and I federal law. The flight crew is correct that she had to sit down for the landing. The crew could’ve tried to find some big ass dude on the plane and asked him to switch with her for the landing. That being said, I don’t think there was anything else anyone I could do
