These Latinos that voted for Trump didn’t need prior convincing or reassurances, they just needed an excuse from Trump to vote how they intended to from the beginning.

So this “betrayal” is just another excuse they are using as a scapegoat. They wanted everything Trump was promising. And they got it. Right to their front door.

Agreed. I’ve worked with quite a few Latino Trump supporters, they looked up to the guy, thought he was great. Admired him.

There’s a lot of conservative minded Latinos who have rather right-winged outlook towards Latinos who are undocumented.

I got answers for you. So cuban Latinos in Florida? Alot of them are the descended from plantation slave owners. Ana Navarro? You know the "moderate" cable news lady? Yeah her dad was on a Nicaraguan death squad. You see the united states of America has invested heavily into funding far right wing opposition in every country in Latin America. Like they are heavily propagandized. Do you think the socialist Venezuelans are leaving Venezuela? Fuck no. Also Latin America is hard-core into Christianity, like bro they love some fundamentalism. They got actual fucking miracle shrines that they think angels have blessed.

Man, I used to have a coworker that was black Dominican like super heavy accent and he was not like anti black but would correct other black coworkers for referring to him as black instead of Dominican even though he is definitely black. Dude got absolutely roasted for it. Movers are wild shit talkers on good days.
