Because it's objectively not true. Garland's DOJ brought cases against Trump, but they ended up being slow-walked and then thrown out by a judge Trump himself appointed, not to mention the SCOTUS giving him immunity for "official acts".
You can be outraged all you want that he managed to get elected again instead of ending up in jail, I am too, but it's simply untrue that it was for lack of trying on behalf of Biden's admin.
