Anxiety about sex

I feel like I’m missing out on experiences because of my anxiety/fear about sex. I don’t even know what the fear is exactly. I just don’t know what to do about it. I spoke to my therapist a bit about what happened as a little kid, but it hasn’t helped much. I know these things take time but what else should I do?
