You can only see podcasts on the front page i think(?). Either way, you can't create a new account if you're an Aussie & you can't see anything without a new account. So we’re fucked.

It's not wrong. It's partially wrong. It's not banned. But porhub decided to no longer serve the Australian market with porn. You can still go to pornhub.com for your daily dosage of ads and how to videos on how to make a pocket pussy.

That is the partially wrong bit. It's not wrong that it isn't banned. The verified account is true for every other porn site but not pornhub. In that sense it is wrong. Typing 'wrong' without acknowledging the bits that are right is also 'wrong'.

It's an interpretation issue. The main point is that it isn't banned. LIterally the first thing he said. Replying to a comment saying it was banned. He got the details wrong. Like you said, they chose to limit access to fight the government. That is the nuance he got wrong. See how just replying wrong is pointless. But again 'wrong' for you.

It's not banned. Australia changed the laws so you have to verify you're 18 to look at porn and the company that owns pornhub is protesting it. It's more the fault of greedy capitalists being mad because they know most people are unwilling to sign in to look at porn, let alone verify their age. Not to mention the actual teenagers they're not making adsense off now.

It’s not banned it just requires you to prove you’re over the age of 18. Similar to the social media ban. This can be done via facial recognition, ID etc. creating an account for those platforms will help you verify and still access them
