What really pisses me off about this story every time it appears is the racism of the owners. The owner is quoted as saying these people, the workers, should be used to working in the hot weather because they come from areas where is even warmer. Cultures from around the world in that type of climate don't work when it's that hot though. In Latin Countries they take a Siesta or something similar. To say these people should be able to withstand the heat when they don't work through the hottest part of the day just shows how little they actually care.
