How are you (realistically) changing the roster?
I'm not necessarily talking trades, although I wouldn't rule one out.
All 15 standard contracts are filled as of now:
Garland, Ingram, Hachimura, Strus, Wagler, Dunn, DJJ, Niederhauser, Lopez, Sanders, J Miller, B Miller, Beal, Jackson, Dick.
2 of 3 two-ways are filled:
Martinelli, Pickett
Training camp deals:
Kawamura, Wesley, Loyer
Christie is in no-man's land. His final guarantee date is Oct 15.
I believe Wesley is not 2-way eligible, which means a standard contract would have to be waived to make room for him. I believe Dick would have to be waived first in order to be converted to a 2-way.

Just need picks, none of these guys on this team are going to be a part of any clippers championship outside of a 30 something Keaton Wagler if he becomes a superstar. Everyone is expendable in my mind.

There's no way they will actually do this but I would get rid of Lopez. Either cut him or trade him for nothing or a buy out or whatever. I think he's washed but even if you imagine him at the highest ceiling he could reach at this stage, his play style makes no sense with a team that is trying to play fast. And of course his presence just take mins from young guys we should be developing who might be worth something. Get rid of him and start IJax, with Miller off the bench until YKN gets back.
Like I said, they won't actually do it, but that's what they should do.

You just don’t cut a center who provides some value, even if doesn’t fully fit the team. He’s a C who protects the rim and shoots the 3 ball decently well. C is the hardest position to fill in the league, and we’ve seen how painful it is to try to bargain bin those guys.
Like don’t get me wrong, I’m sure I’ll be yelling at him to get off my screen, but he’s still a better option than the Theis, Moses Browns, and Mo Bambas of the world. Those guys literally did nothing well, whereas BroLo gives you situational help.

Yeah, and at least we have him as a mentor for the younger big guys.

Personally, I don't think there's anything that can really be done without a trade. I think Dick has too much potential upside to just waive. Despite what some Clippers fans would want, Beal is not getting dumped until they actually see him on the court for a decent sample size (or if he gets a more serious injury). Wesley is probably the best candidate fighting for a spot, but there's no spot for him unless he's waived.
Regardless, with Ingram, Niederhauser, Sanders, J Miller, Beal and now Strus injured, it's going to be a a while before we see what this roster is actually capable of.
