Ask Kuwait How easy/hard is it to marry a lebanese (Shi3i) woman as a Kuwaiti man and have the certificate approved here?

أدري لازم تصديق ياخذ مدة بالمحاكم. بس خاصة هالفترة وكونها لبنانية شيعية أخاف ما يقبلون يصدقون أساسا. أحد عنده أي علم إذا الموضوع ممكن وشكثر وقت المفروض ياخذ؟ البنت بلبنان مو بالكويت

I think you have to talk to a lawyer since you have to also find a way to get her immigration sorted so she can move here

Some Kuwaiti friends told me it took over a year for them.

Even if they don’t accept it if I’m not mistaken u can do a lawsuit on them and basically fight till they accept it

Bro who brought up Russians. In kuwait it is legally hard to marry non kuwait. The bureaucracy of it is very hard especially when the citizenship of the woman is unusual. What I'm asking is since it is very hard to do so, and since they are selective over when to make it harder for safety, religious, or political reasons, if Lebanon is one of those harder countries. The reasoning being the current political situation in the region.
