It shouldn’t be a problem but go to the airport early just in case the check in agent is not familiar with mobile ID and needs to check

I did that and faced no issues. Just make sure that it’s not expired (and won’t expire by the time you’re planning to reenter Kuwait). Always better to have your ID on you though

Make sure to print out your mobile ID, otherwise the Airport Authority will make you run around....

It depends on the immigration officer. Some immigration officers insist on the physical ID but just talk it out and clairfy that mobile ID is recognized by Kuwait. Last time they kept annoying me but I told them my physical Id is in the suitcase because I did not want to lose it and mobile ID is recognized and they finally let me through.

Yeah most people travel to Kuwait with just Mobile ID. I have never showed my Civil ID in the last 2 years. Recently when I traveled via Saudi too (due to war), I didn’t show my ID. Mobile ID was sufficient.

No way you can travel without the physical Civil ID or a valid passport/visa stamp. Mobile ID works for almost everything inside Kuwait, but airport staff and airlines in India will strictly ask for your original physical ID or passport to let you board. Better get that physical ID shipped to you or delay the flight until you have it.
