i LOVE minishuttles. they just look so cool and are perfect for getting people from the surface, to low earth orbit instead of something similar to a soyuz or apollo command module.

the images shown are of the MAKS-OS shuttle, and the European Hermes Shuttle. both never flown because people hate cool stuff. i tried to find a 3rd soviet shuttle that was stacked similarly to how hermes is but i sadly couldnt find it :(

for some godforsaken reason I have this bit of debris that I staged too early from, in an orbit that still hasn't decayed yet. there's a bunch of fuel that is giving it too much momentum to be slowed down and burnt up. I have too much pride to terminate it though

Deferred, Firefly, Parallax Continued, Kopernicus, Texture Unlimited, Planetshine, etc... I don't understand why, even after I had to start my Ckan installation from scratch, it suddenly forgot about certain mods, even though the software is up to date and the supported game versions are correct... It's really frustrating.

EDIT : Problem solved. Before reinstalling CKAN, I needed to make sure there was nothing left in the Windows cache at %LOCALAPPDATA%\CKAN.

If you want to do the same, press Windows + R, type %localappdata%, and delete the CKAN file.

I had this station in orbit for literally 700 in game years so it is kinda sad to see it get torn apart by the atmosphere

Interplanetary Crewed Vessel

I accepted a mission to repair a probe around Duna, but little did i realize it was on a collision force for Ike in a matter of months... not nearly enough time to get a repair mission out to it and accomplish the mission!

Luckily I had a relay probe around Duna with a ton of spare delta-V, so I manged to rendezvous them, then literally push the target probe with enough delta-V to get it out of a collision course with Ike. Definitely the most Apollo-13 thing I've ever done in the game...

Val, Jeb and I try to figuring out which mod combination is the best for a RSS based playthrough without RO/RP-1 complexity.
As you can see, both Kerbals are not very helpful at all, that’s why I’m here.

RSS/RO/RP-1 is absolutely insane, spent years (!!) in mastering it, but now I’m really interested in a less time and mana consuming way of playing this game.

RSS is a must for me. Tried different solutions like SMURFF, but tbh this mod isn’t really helpful as claimed. At least for me.

Do you have some recommendations for a mod(pack) which includes parts and a tech tree, for a stockalike KSP experience in a RSS environment?

The catching arms and the booster are two different vessels, so I actually had to do some manuvering

So, excluding the 4 originals on 6 files, and the dozen or so tourists I noticed that I was issued, I've press-ganged rescued well over 350 Kerbals total.
