hmmm

I liked what happened in there and how it happened. Fight was great, story was great. however felt a little bit .... disappointed by what has happened between the lines.

- Nox Nightmare.... it kinda felt like "Oh now that's the monster of the week?". Came pretty much out of nowhere as it seemed to be a personal growth plot device in the last episode. it being a monster of the week felt like a missed opportunity.

- I seem to not like Boost in action? It's not much of an upgrade and it kinda feels weird that the boosted form is less demanding than the base-form for an upgrade? Inazuma being more straining than the boosted inazuma form? Could've been an oversight.

- Nox joining another shady organisation AFTER being thrown out of a shady organisation.... kinda defeats the purpose of the character? Going after CODE because of being shady and them betraying him is one thing... but doing that with another shady organisation? I don't knoooow

Nox joining another organization to me shows more about him than it being out of character. He hates Code that much he’s willing to stoop to their level to take them down. A little nonsensical? Perhaps. But people do pretty hyproctical things when driven by hate.

I like to disagree on that one. He's a police officer. He could've put in the work and try to dismantle CODE in an official capacity. Especially now as Black cases become more and more acceptable even in the police. They're still at the very beginning but at least it's getting somewhere

Actually at the start of the first episode his old department was on the verge of being dissolved BECAUSE everybody thought they were just a joke. It's actually thanks to NOX actively going against CODE with the nightmares and awakening Baku as an agent that made them do a double take and decide to keep them around since so many more black cases were now popping up that they couldn't just brush them to the side anymore.
