How Did Zeztz get all of his Previous Powers back after Nox Knight Erased them all before?

Baku literally just withdrew a new batch from the gachapon machine

To add on to this Baku wasnt able to pull new capsems was because he completely lost the confidence in himself and was afraid of the nightmares inside them. But after confronting his past memories and his original "bad dream" that was the lightning strike he recovered his confidence and developed the resolve to use his own nightmares to protect the dreams of others (to the point he used his own trauma to create his super form), so recreating his lost capsems was probably easy.

The only capsem he didnt get back was recovery and i belive its because Nox chose to keep it instead of destroying it, so Baku is prevented from making a new one while there is still another around. And if i had to guess why Nox still has it id say its because its extremely useful for a number of things from healing people to fixing things.
