Hi all, I'm just wondering what screen protectors do you use for your phone? I used to get mine at bestbuy (it was the gel one) but this time when I went the only one they had that would work/could be cut was the privacy screen protector and I cannot level on how absolutely terrible it was. Picture attached for reference but I honestly just hated how grainy it made my screen look and how the curved edges of the screen created an unwanted vignette effect. I've always had a screen protector on my phone so it feels odd not using one, so I'm looking for recommendations.

I picked a new secondary device finally!

I decided to give my old phone and i factory reseted the note 10+ and now It ended up in a boot loop, it just black screens, shows samsung logo, shows galaxy note 10 secured by knox, rinse repeat.

I've been at this for hours trying everything, tried Power + Vol down for soft reboot, tried Power + Vol Up to try to get into recovery mode, I've let the phone completely die, charged it and it get's straight back into the loop. I've also tried all of this with the SD card out. I have absolutely no clue what to do to break this loop, I feel I've tried everything. Any idea how to fix this issue?

I finally replaced my phone.

But I still like my Note better.

I bought my Galaxy Note in 2019 and used it for more than six years.

Honestly, there wasn't some deep reason I kept it for so long. Moving years of photos, messages, notes and apps sounded like such a pain that I kept telling myself, "I'll do it next time."

Somehow, 2019 turned into 2026.

The funny thing is, after all those years, the screen was still fine. My apps still worked. The S Pen still worked perfectly.

Even after the back started coming apart. 😂

Then recently, I lost the S Pen. I guess the slot had gotten loose after all those years and at some point, it just disappeared.

That was the moment I thought:

Okay. Maybe it's finally time.

So I ordered a new Fold.

And yet, even after replacing it, I keep thinking…

I still like my Note.

Well the time has come after purchasing this note 10 plus in September of 2020 and having exactly 6 years of solid daily use I have decided to upgrade to an S24 Ultra which in my opinion seems to be the best ultra for those who still want the true note experience. I have to say the note 10 still holds up OK for a 2019 phone, however it's starting to show its age now, battery lasts around 3.5/4hours full charge and some apps that require the latest android security updates no longer work, aswell as this as a traveller lack of e-sim and also 5g with my model is a little annoying in 2026 however these are just little things. Overall an incredible device, with arguably the best phone design ever with the aura glow reflecting glass.

Just for those wondering this S24 Ultra is a 512gb model I purchased from Fonehouse (uk company) in excellent condition for £520, a good deal in my opinion

I'm really thinking about newer s pen like s23 or 22 or something can actually fit in note 10 slot? I know the air action won't work but there is an newer s pen can fit ? Like note 20 and newer

EDIT : to anyone having a similar issue, I almost completely solved my problem by dialing *#2663# and updating "TSP FW" and "WACOM FW". I still have minor lingering issues (the touchscreen has a very thin unresponsive strip where ghost touches used to happen), so I guess there really was a hardware issue at the root of it all, but it's not a big deal and the phone is usable again. No more ghost touches, the touchscreen detects my touches correctly (except on the aforementioned strip, which is too high on the screen to really bother me), etc.

I'd recommend giving this fix a try before resetting the phone, which didn't help at all in my case.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+'s touchscreen has been behaving strangely these last few days. It doesn't always detect my touches, and sometimes detects ghost touches. The problem usually gets worse and worse the longer I use the phone, to the point where the touchscreen eventually becomes borderline unusable. Locking the screen on and off usually solves the issue, but not always ; in any case it eventually comes back after a while.

I tried running the phone in Safe Mode for approx. 30 minutes and the problem was much less noticeable but touch misses and ghost touches still happened from time to time, and there still was a point where I had to lock the screen on/off to retake control of the touchscreen.

I also ran several tests using the Samsung diagnostic tool for the touchscreen. On some of these tests (generally, the first of a given series) everything worked fine : but on the others the test lost some (or most) of my touches, and, most importantly, I noticed that the tool registered a number of ghost touches that were all on the same horizontal line - slightly above the middle of the screen.

As far as I can tell the S-pen works fine, but I haven't tested it as thoroughly.

Am I correct in assuming that the horizontal line ghost touches thing means that my touchscreen's captors are toast ? I'm trying to determine if I have a hardware or software issue. I'm leaning towards hardware, but I'd like to be sure before buying a new phone.

Hi! Need opinions from all the gurus/geeks. I LOVE my Galaxy Note 10. UI 4.0. Decent battery life and only 50% of internal storage used. But my cracked screen has finally led to a fingerprint sized OLED bleed, and a horizontal line extending from the bleed across the screen.

Would I be better off having the front/back and OLED screen replaced rather than purchasing a refurbished phone. It will be more expensive, but I'm leary of getting a phone with a different UI version and having buggy issues or a poor quality battery.

Am i the only one who gets notifications from system, that my battery performance has degraded, and i should bring it to a samsung store to get it checked??? But.... The battery seems fine to me. Its a 10+ btw. And also my pens air action also doesn't work, maybe it means the pen battery?

So my battery for a phone i had swelled up and I replaced it and the cables that it broke on my note 10. Now that ive replaced the parts that were broken from it like the screen and thin cables. Now that I have replaced those I tried to start it up but when i do the screen lights up and then turns off and will do it over and over when I hold the power button.

I recently bought the galaxy watch 9 without researching about phone compatability. I was wondering if there's a way for my note 10+ to connect to the galaxy watch? When i looked it up on google it says it can connect android 11 above, my note 10 has android 12. But further research tells me that it needs atleast android 13. Is the only option i can do is buy a new phone?

Welp it’s that time again…..battery lasted a year with heavy use but the fricking thing swelled up so much that it took out the lcd flex cable good thing i actually have spare for it🙃🙃. Hope this new battery lasts longer THE NOTE 10 LIVES ON BABY~~~~

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G (SM-N976Q, Snapdragon variant) with the bootloader already unlocked.

Has anyone successfully installed a custom ROM on this specific model? If yes, which ROM did you use, and could you please share the installation process and any issues you encountered?

Most of the guides and ROMs I’ve found seem to be for the Exynos variants, so I’m specifically looking for information about the SM-N976Q Snapdragon model.

Any help or firsthand experience would be greatly appreciated.
