Rules Update & Rework for r/FutureMoe

Hello everyone!

The subreddit rules have been rewritten and reorganized to make them clearer and easier to follow. Some older rules were expanded, while new guidelines were added to better define the type of content allowed in the community.

Summary of the updated rules

• Stay on topic

Only anime-style content featuring futuristic aesthetics is allowed. This includes cyberpunk, sci-fi, androids, cyborgs, futuristic fashion, mechas, advanced technology, prosthetics, dystopian or utopian settings, post-apocalyptic worlds, futuristic military themes, and similar concepts.

• Title formatting required

Please include the source anime/game/series in the title using brackets. Example: Rebecca [Cyberpunk: Edgerunners] Use [Original] for OCs.

• No underaged characters

Characters that clearly appear underaged are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

• NSFW policy Light ecchi content is allowed, but explicit hentai or sexual acts are not. Artistic nudity must be properly tagged as NSFW. Excessively explicit posts may be removed at moderator discretion.

• Source required

Please provide the source of the artwork in the comments whenever possible. Pixiv, Twitter/X, Bluesky, and similar sites are acceptable sources.

• High quality artwork only Low-quality, blurry, heavily compressed, or low-effort posts may be removed.

• No spam or advertising

Spam, self-promotion, Discord invites, OnlyFans promotion, and similar advertising are prohibited.

• Avoid reposts

Please check if an image has already been posted recently before submitting it.

• No AI-generated or shock content

AI-generated artwork is not allowed. Gore, scat, vore, extreme BDSM, or similar shock/extreme content is also prohibited.

• Be respectful in comments

Harassment, insults, toxic behavior, or unnecessary drama toward other users will not be tolerated.

We want to keep the subreddit focused on high-quality futuristic anime artwork while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who continues supporting the community!

Yay new MOD, finally some of the art that get remove due to reddit filter can get review.

Also what count toward "advertising"? Because some of the art have the artist site, is that allow?

Basically, any link that leads to paid content from the artist, or another site that isn't a direct link to the public version of the image, will be removed. Additionally, users who post comments with links to Discord servers or similar will be removed, and potentially more severe action will be taken.

Just FYI, the rules in the sidebar on old reddit explicitly state "AI art is allowed."

You should probably update those too.

Since I'm new here, I don't know what to say about this other than that it might be the source you provided.

Ok yea thanks for communicating, it was from Vgen as that was the only place that the artist posted that particular piece of art publicly.
