Max did irreparable damage to the FGC and fighting games as whole. So many of his requests get parroted by his fans and implemented by devs in MK, CotW, Tokon, Invincible, 2XKO, Multiversus... and the dude doesn't even like fighting games that way anymore. He hasn't loved a fighting game since KI, he's a FF7 fan now.
