Dropped this on my first ever character

I'm a new player and I dropped this at level 90 on my first character. Everything on google says its extremely rare and I'm never lucky in MMOs so is this a drop everyone gets at level 90? Or am I just lucky finally?

actually pretty lucky though not sure the standard on 'extremely rare ' that is ur google result because every character with effort put into them at end game at the very least is rocking a prime wep and there are fail safes too for those extremely unlucky enough to go months on end without dropping at least a usage prime wep thought the fail safe method is resource heavy and said resource can also be put to better use so u getting ur prime wep so early is really good

however the journey isnt finished as this is just the start, u would very much want to upgrade it into a prime legacy wep and then tune grade III before the final delezie upgrading it into a delezie wep and this whole process can take a few to couple months due to weekly progress from mats only obtainable from delezie raid

It's rare drop, but the current game state has progress so far that there's a few available source to get similar weapon in limited capacity (events, labyrinth, etc)

Very nice! Congrats! It's an amazing drop for Chimera!

The plague seeds (delezie solo/matching/raids & events) & some pilgrim seals can be used to upgrade it to an even stronger bow!
